Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions Moja Wear vof

These are our Terms and Conditions for consumers. These conditions are relevant for every agreement that we Moja Wear V.O.F (Moja)(KvK number: 75997378) make with you.

We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Customers comply with the fact that we have the right to update these conditions at any time.

Article 1 – Products

We sell underwear. For every pair of underwear you buy, we donate one pair of underwear or sanitary pad to somebody who really needs it. Along with the donation, a workshop on personal hygiene and menstruation is also provided.

Article 2 – Payments

The price (VAT included) of our products is shown on our website. You will be paying through Mollie Payments or PayPal. Shipping costs depend on your location and amount of products ordered. We provide free shipping in The Netherlands for orders over 70 euros. 

Article 3 – Shipping

We send your order to the address that you provide during checkout. Once we have shipped your order it is not possible to change the address. PostNL handles the distribution within The Netherlands; for distribution abroad, orders are shipped  with DPD. With every order you will receive a track and trace code in your email. Within The Netherlands the shipping time is between 1 to 3 working days. For shipments to other countries outside The Netherlands your shipping time depends on your country and carrier, however it should take no longer than 14 working days. Article 4 – Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return your products within 14 days on the condition as long as the items are unused. If you would like to return your order you should go to our website to the returns page. On this page you can find more information about how we handle our returns. After reading this you can start the return process. By going to our return portal powered by Sendcloud you can start with the process. With your postcode and tracking number you can log in to your personal portal and select which products you want to return and why. After this you can download and print your shipping documents and label. When you drop off the return order at the drop off point of the carrier of your choice you need to pay for the return shipping. Once we have received your returned order, we will transfer your order value back within 5 working days. Return products must be unwashed and in the original packaging.

Article 5 – Liability

Moja Wear is not accountable for the damage done by one of our products, unless this has been caused by neglections from our side. Your damage compensation can never be more than the amount you ordered.

Article 6 – Complaints

Should you have any complaints, remarks or questions regarding these conditions or your order. Please contact us through email. We will get back to you within 24 hours. If we cannot come to an agreement the Dutch Law will be used. In this case a judge from Noord – Brabant will settle the dispute.
