Want to get something shipped to you?
Great! Here is how that goes. Within the Netherlands, we usually ship orders within 1 working day. Once it is shipped, it takes about 2 working days to arrive.

Our shipping partner in the Netherlands is PostNL. Outside of The Netherlands shipping will take between 3 to 10 days and our shipping partner is DPD. The status of your delivery regarding shipping will be sent to you through email.

Moja is currently shipping to the following countries: The Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, UK. Shipping cost vary and will be calculated in the checkout process. Orders in the Netherlands above 70 euros are free. Shipping costs on orders in the Netherlands below 70 euros are 3,95 euros.

Returns

We hope you love our products as much as we love making them for you. Unfortunately it can happen that our products are not a match and need to be returned. Below you can find information on how the return process at Moja works. 

First you check if the product meets the following criteria to be able to returned to Moja:

  1. The day you send your return is within the 14 days after you have received your package.
  2. You have not worn the products you are sending back. 
  3. You have not washed the products you are sending back.
  4. The product is sent back in the original packaging.
  5. We have received your return with all criteria mentioned above.

If you meet all the criteria, you are able to send your product back to us and get all costs refunded to you. Below we take you through the return process step by step.  

How to return your items:

Step 1
Go to the return portal powered by Sendcloud to start the return process. You can find the portal by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.

Step 2
Log in with your zip-code and tracking number. You can find your tracking number in the emails you have received from us.

Step 3
In your personal portal select which products you want to return and why. 

Step 4
Download and print your shipping label. 

Step 5
Drop your package off at the carrier of your choice. You are yourself responsible for the return shipping fee. 

Step 6
When we have received your package, you will receive an email from us.

Step 7
Within 5 working days you will receive your refund.
